Team, we are facing this issue where Our Solarwinds service graph connector is updating the Cis that were already discovered by service now , we don't want that to happen. We implemented Identification and reconciliation rule as well , does not seem to work well for me . I'm just trying to implement on server table for now, I'll attach the images, please let me know what am i doing wrong as it's not working.
