Hi,
In list view of incident, right-click the header, then choose Configure -> List Layout.you will get new window like below.
Select the reference field which is referring to user table. Expand that by clicking on it you will get other fields from user table.
Thanks,
Dhananjay.

Hi,
you can always dot walk on the field which refers to User table and bring it on incident list layout
Mark ✅ Correct if this solves your issue and also mark 👍 Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks

Hi that was very useful. but now i have an issue, i tried to dot walk and bring that field in the list view but it now appears to be the wrong one. when i check the form, it shows callerid.fieldname and i cant find it . i added the related field from caller but that's blank.
thanks
Dhanya
