is it possible to add a custom field in user table to the list view of the incidents?

Hi,
In list view of incident, right-click the header, then choose Configure -> List Layout.you will get new window like below.
Select the reference field which is referring to user table. Expand that by clicking on it you will get other fields from user table.

Hi Dhanya,
So you added the Caller Division from Caller field via dot walk on the list view
On list it is showing as empty; Does that caller have division populated?
