Hi All,
I have created a database view which links two tables with relevant data and the report I have created based on this list view showcases the information needed. (the tables are case and a custom cmdb table).
However, i wanted to add this report to our CSM portal as a way for customers to view the information without us having to send it out everyday.
Having created the necessary containers, rows, columns etc. I tried to add our report widget. The widget says that it does not support lists and the simple list widget should be used.
I tried to use the simple widget but this will not allow the use of a database view, only 'proper' tables.
Does anyone know if and how to add a database view in the form of a list onto the a portal page?
