Is it possible to add Compose Email to RITMs?

Is it possible to add Compose Email to RITMs, in the same way it is available for incidents? Thanks in advance.

In the Dictionary Entry table (sys_dictionary) , the open record table name is sc_req_item, and the type is Collection.

In the related list, add an attribute (email client = true)
