Hi Friends!
I am curious if it is possible to combine multiple Reports to a single PDF in Tokyo release and have it sent out by scheduled email?
Or, if the above is not possible, perhaps schedule a dashboard to be sent out in PDF format?

I do not think it is possible to combine multiple Reports to a single PDF.

Not exactly what I was hoping for, definitely something that can help users that was unaware of the proposed functionality to combine multiple Report Documents in one email instead of sending one email with one report each time.
Hopefully functionality that ServiceNow will consider for future release.

Sending out a dashboard in PDF is a possibility. I can show you how to do this.
Later, you can write a FixScript to schedule an email to be sent out with dashboard exported into PDF format.
Steps:
- open the dashboard
- click on the hamburger menu next to the dashboard name
- select Export to PDF
- Make your selections here: if you have more than one tabs, check Print all tabs
- select Generate now and it will start the export process and waiting until it shows the Download button as active
- select download and it will open the dashboard in report format in Adobe
This allows to see the live dashboard at that moment in time for accurate reporting in visual form. I call it icing on the cake, when you click on any score report, it will open up the results for example: list of INCs within ServiceNow
