To Create a report which shows P1 and P2 incidents and later changed priority as P3

Hi All,

how can we run a report that shows all P1/P2 tickets for the Assignment group where at any point in the life of a ticket, it was once a P1 or P2 even though it was changed and closed as a P3?

you should base your report on a incident metric with the definition of priority.
