Is it possible to get a store application Turbonomic Actions on the dev instance?

We are trying to test the integration of Turbonomics with service now for a client demo. It requires a store application " Turbonomic Actions" which seems to be free to be installed on the dev instance. However, it does not seem to allow me to request the install from the store indicating it is service now owned instance. Please let me know if it is not possible to install or I have to take a different approach.

Is this your personal developer instance?  If so, you can contact the seller and request an entitlement.  You just need to send them your instance name/number.  This does not guarantee they will entitle it though.
