Is the Application Service wizard editable?

I am becoming aware there are a few different ways to create an "Application Service" in the Paris version. I am wanting to add some of my own fields to the Create New Application Service wizard and I am wondering if this is even possible. I cannot seem to find a way of doing it. Here is a screenshot of the form I am talking about.

Is there a way by scripts or studio application files to maybe add a 4th step to the creation process seen above? Or something similar?

Or should I use the "it_service_view" instead which seems to be more of the "manual" way of creating an Application Service?

HI,

As far as i know that is not possible because if you see the URL there is a page called as "$csdm_app_service.do" which starts with $ which is private page. We cant edit this page. Looking for view or property is there is anything.

NO, but as per experience whatever starts with $in url is private and not editable.
