Unable to populate Incident Template values on Agent Workspace

Populating the template values on the incident form which currently works on Platform UI but its not on Agent Workspace. Error "items not present on this form" even though these fields do exists on workspace.
Surprising this works for system administrator on agent workspace but not for itil role agent

Hi Harshil ,

1. Navigate to Contextual Side Panel
2. Open the Template for the [Global] table
3. Click on Advanced view
4. Uncheck "Requires create access"

Thank you for the response, we have tried unchecking the "Requires create access" but still the error persists
