Submitting this ServiceNow catalog item request will give the user access to the ACAPS Application. An additional SailPoint request is required for mainframe access were ACAPS Application resides. Please also submit a SailPoint request selecting the entity “ACAPSPRD” (Application: RACF). Both ServiceNow and SailPoint requests are required for ACAPS access.

ACAPS is the loan origination and underwriting application for Business Banking, Consumer Lending and Credit Card; ACAPS is used by the following departments to execute the following operations: Business Banking and Consumer Lending for loan origination and underwriting; Record data delivered through ACAPS includes customer financials, loan request information and loan decision information.

How would you like it to look like?

Hi @Peter Bodelier,

Better aligned, like we have JUSTIFIED in Word.

There are no options for that.

You might be able to add some tinyMCE options, if you're willing to customize on that level. But I don't think the widget will honor additional formatting either.

Best you could try, is to use some additional returns in the text, to get it more like the way you want it to look.

@ServiceNow Use6

you cannot justify it, only options allowed are left, right and center

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
