Is there any way to prevent blocking of email adresses

@SVyas25  Yes there are ways to handle, but it depends on what exactly you mean by "blocking of emails" in ServiceNow? Would be really great if you could provide more details or use case that you are trying to achieve.

Hi @SVyas25 

 

1) Unblock the Email Address:

  • Navigate to System Mailboxes > Bounced (or the sys_blocked_email_address table).
  • Locate the blocked email address.
  • Reset the Failed Count to 0 and change the state to New

2) Contact the recipient to confirm that their email is spelled correctly and that their inbox is active

3) Whitelisting emails sent from the ServiceNow infrastructure
