I hope everyone is ok.
Situation
I’m unable to extract all columns from Service Now Interaction Table using Azure Data Factory ServiceNow Connector
We are able to view just one column sys_id_value, however on querying the api https://xxxxxxxxx.service-now.com/api/now/table/interaction we can see the data.
To ensure there is no acl issues, i assigned ITIL role to account used to connect to our snow instance.
any idea why this is happening?
