Issue with Activating "ServiceNow Document Viewer" Plugin

I'm currently using the ServiceNow Community Edition and I'm facing an issue with the "ServiceNow Document Viewer" plugin. Despite following all the steps from the documentation to set up the document viewer, the dropdown is not showing up in my instance.
After some investigation, I suspect that the plugin itself might not be activated.
Here are the steps I followed:
- Checked the configuration of the document viewer.
- Verified user roles and permissions.
Upon further research, I found that the "ServiceNow Document Viewer" plugin needs to be activated, but it appears that I do not have the option to activate it in my Community Edition instance. When attempting to access the HI Service Portal to request activation, I encountered login issues and found that my credentials do not grant access to this portal.
Any guidance or assistance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
