Issue with automatic completion of the work order

Hello all,

We've encountered on an issue, where we have this Catalog item for external contractors and once we submit their time worked on work task and submit it, it should complete the task and then automatically also put into the close complete state the work order (parent) itself. This somehow doesn't work as I checked every possible business rule, flow and such. If I try it manually in backend, it does work. 

Would anyone know or point me where to possibly look for errors in this case?

Also, there's possibility, it is caused by upgrade to Xanadu? Because we have not found any other "change".

Hi, I noticed a similar issue after upgrading to Xanadu. Once I close a work order task, its parent work order doesn't close automatically.   Has anyone noticed something similar after the upgrade ?
