Issue with changing default filters

I am changing the modules that show as a list view for the following tables: incident, sc_request, sc_req_item, and sc_task. I have added AG - is (dynamic) - On of My Groups to all but only some are showing this default filter. For incident: All and Open are working but Open - Unassigned and Resolved are not (filter isn't changing). For sc_request: the Request (under service catalog application menu) isn't updating. For sc_req_item: Items (SC app menu) is not changing. For sc_task: Task (SC app menu) is not changing. I don't see any differences to these modules that would point to why they are acting differently. Any thoughts on how to make this change for each module? Are there other places I should look to see if something else is changing this?
