Issue with Displaying All Comments on RITM

I added 500 additional comments to my test RITM but noticed that only around 250 comments are being displayed. How can I view the rest of the comments?

@Mohammed Al-Mar You can control this with the help of System property glide.history.max_entries. The default value of this property is set to 250. You can increase it to 500.

@Sandeep Rajput @Anurag Tripathi , I discovered that users with the 'snc_internal' role who have never logged into the SN instance can see the full history of RITM. However, I wasn't able to reproduce this behavior in my personal instance.

@Mohammed Al-Mar Are you observing this before setting the property glide.history.max_entries after setting it?
