Issue with Hiding Retired Service Items in Case Form

Mohamed Elsayed

Hi Everyone,

I need help with a business requirement in the case form where I need to hide certain Service items. I’ve marked these services as “Retired” and set a condition in the Service dictionary using a simple qualifier (Operational status = Operational). I expected this to hide any services that are not operational, but it’s not working as expected. Can anyone point out what I might be doing wrong?

Hi @Mohamed Elsayed ,

The filter is looking correct.

Could you please check if there is any dictionary override for this?

Hi mate,

Yes, there was an override for this and when I marked it as FALSE, the issue got resolved. Thanks
