Hello,
I’m trying to use the OOB Outlook Actionable Message (OAM) definition for RITM approval within the “Request Approval Assigned” notification by including the ${mail_script:include_approval_actionable} email script.
In the sys_email log table, I can see that the adaptive card content is correctly rendered inside the <script> tag in body field. However, in Outlook, the email appears blank with no visible content. Please help me to fix the issue.
Please find the attachment for your reference.
Thank you in advance.

I am having the same issue, although it's intermittent. A user can receive / submit a survey via Outlook and then the next one doesn't render / appears blank. Did you get a resolution to your issue? Thanks.

Hi,
Not sure if this helps, but I experienced a similar issue with misaligned notifications in Classic Outlook. After switching to the new Outlook, the problem disappeared and notifications have been rendering smoothly since.
