Issue with Requested For field on REQ and RITM form

Hi all, I am working on catalog item,

On the form of catalog items there are fields like Request For, Businesses phone, UNID and so on

 

My issue is when I am adding the name of diffrent user in requested for let's say abel tuter and I am the logged in user..

 

When I am submitting the form on  Request form there is field which is Requested for in that it is populating the logged in user name instead of requested for field value which is given on catalog form

 

Same for RITM also

 

I have checked that any BR or client script is running but I didn't found like that...

 

Someone can help me what may be the issue

Hi @Atik,

Could you please check requested for variable. if it has value

You need to update that because it will take by default the logged in user id.

In the Default Value Section, check whether the below details are true, If Yes, remove those options:

 

Use dynamic default checks true like below:
