Issue with the Next/Previous Arrows in List View in a Report

So created a Support ticket on this, but got the answer that's a known issue and "may be" fixed by Washington release.  

So, posting this issue here in the hopes that someone has found a work around for this.

 

Our Service Desk Manager has built a report that is posted on a dashboard, using the score as the layout, for checking on open Incidents that were NOT updated yesterday.  The conditions in the report are working, and when he clicks on the "score", it is returning the list view of those records.

 

However, if he clicks on the first record in the list, and then clicks on the Down arrow, it returns with a random incident record, not one included on the initial list view?  It's like its just returning all records that are active, not the ones built in the report with the conditions.

 

Conditions in report are:

 

State is one of New, In Progress or On Hold

Assignment Group is Service Desk

Updated before Yesterday

 

 

 

Any suggestions??

 

We are on Tokyo Release  going to Utah within 90 days
