Hi All,
I am doing Jira integration using JIRA spoke and i am receiving data from JIRA to ServiceNow using Webhook. The OOB Action is called "Process JIRA Webhook". Using this action i can able to receive all the updated data from Jira but ServiceNow updates only the Short Description and Description
It's not updating the State, Priority, and Additional comments.
Please help me how to resolve this issue.

Hi,
since state, priority are choices; are you sure you are getting the correct choice value from JIRA?

If ServiceNow is only updating the Short Description and Description fields when receiving data from JIRA using the "Process JIRA Webhook" action, then it's possible that the mapping between the JIRA fields and ServiceNow fields is not configured correctly. Check the mapping between JIRA fields and ServiceNow fields please.
Please allow me to suggest that you take a look at our decentralized solution Exalate, for synchronizing all entity types between these two instances. Exalate is easy to set up and allows you to control exactly which data you want to send and receive. If you would like to see a customized demo of the product, please let me know and I will be happy to schedule a time that works for you.
