Issue with Update jira value to ServiceNow using Spoke

Hi All,

I am doing Jira integration using JIRA spoke and i am receiving data from JIRA to ServiceNow using Webhook. The OOB Action is called "Process JIRA Webhook". Using this action i can able to receive all the updated data from Jira but ServiceNow updates only the Short Description and Description

It's not updating the State, Priority, and Additional comments.

Please help me how to resolve this issue.

Hello. You will need to set up a mapping table in servicenow to the values in Jira. and perform a lookup record action in the webhook subflow looking for a match to that field
