We are currently in Utah version if we upgrade to was Washington what are the issues we can face.

Hi @Sirri,

  • issues with a record producer not working correctly post our upgrade.
  • knowledge search log module not displaying after washington upgrade.
  • washington upgrade issue with virtual agent.
