knowledge search log module not displaying after washington upgrade

Hi,

 

The user having knowledge_manager role, he can able to view knowledge search log module into Utah version. but he is unable to view this module into washington version. please advise me. Thanks.

Hi @BanuMahalakshmi 

Can you share few more details of the issue you are facing?
1) what is the Module name?
2) If this is a customization done on OOTB Update then please check if the OOTB update is skipped or not.

Thanks for reply, please refer the attached screenshot of module(knowledge -> Administration -> search log).

i checked module configuration, the user needs knowledge_manager, knowledge_Admin role to access this module. In utah version, the user can see this module but not washington.

Please check if user has the Application Menu Roles
