Issues with https://developer.servicenow.com site

My issue is very strange.

I am not sure which forum to post this in.

Usually, a PDI goes to hibernation mode over night, but my PDI (https://dev107718.service-now.com/) has NOT gone to sleep in a long time. It is always available. Not that I am complaining. However, the issues is that when I go to the developer.servicenow.com, I see the following:

And when I go to Activate Plugin, I see this:

I remember receiving an email that there were issues with my PDI and that I need to release it. I released my previous one and then requested a new one. This is the new one.

Any help would be appreciated.

@Shiraz Bhojani You are fortunate to have a PDI instance which doesn't sleep. Since there is no support available for PDI, I recommend you to ignore the error message for now and keep on enjoying non sleeping PDI for now. Request for a new instance if any issue arises in future.

Hi there,

There's not anything you can do about this yourself. Also as you are probably aware: there is no support on these free PDIs. So as long as it works, nice 🙂 When it doesn't... too bad.

Kind regards,

Hi @Shiraz Bhojani,

Give a try by going to my profile, clicked ‘Refresh Instance,’ and for about 5-10 seconds, the ‘Start Building’ link was active. Clicking it opened my instance. Despite the success, the ‘Start Building’ button turned inactive, and messages indicated the instance was hibernating. I believe this discrepancy in status messages is due to a sync issue between the host for PDI and ServiceNow.

If no resolution then nowlearning@servicenow.com raise a case .

servicenow support team.

Mark it as helpful and solution proposed if it serves your purpose.
Thanks,
Anand

Hi @Shiraz Bhojani

You can wait for 2-3 hours and if the instance did not wake up, release the instance and request for new one. There is no support available for PDI.
