ITOM Cloud Discovery - Install Latest ITOM Pattern Store App

Hi,

In my PDI, I am trying to implement Cloud discovery where I installed Mid Server in AWS windows machine and launched one more instance to verify if my MidServer can find the instances in AWS cloud within my account. For that I have configured AWS account credentials and Service Account too. Post that, I tried checking cloud discovery under Discovery Schedules, I am seeing below screen

Then I clicked on go to Store App, I can see the below

If I click on "Install" in above screen then I can see below screen but "Install" button is disabled.

However, if I check the status of "Application Dependency Status" apps (You can see in above screenshot) and they are installed, please see the below screenshots

Please help in understanding or suggest me If I am missing anything or is this expected behavior for PDI.

Thanks for the reply and suggestion. However, I tried requesting the plugin installation through "Find in Store" and "Request Plugin" seems both are prompting for ServiceID credentials so I used my PDI email address and password but it is not validating. As per my understanding, this requires subscription credentials not regular PDI credentials.

Hi @SK Chand Basha I did not subscribe any. I am using ooB discovery.
