By any chance how to check ITSM License type.??? For what license what is the option provided by ServiceNow.??

Check via “Subscription Management”

Go to: All → Subscription Management → License Workbench
Here you can see:

What licenses your instance has
Assigned vs. available licenses
Which users are consuming ITSM licenses
(This module is available in newer versions — if not, you may need to request the info from ServiceNow directly.)
