ITSM - Report to get the count of Change requests going to breach

Hi All,

Want a report condition where it should give the count of Change requests about to breach in how many days count.

Please help with what filter condition needs to be given in the report conditions.

Hi @Neha75 ,

According to "about to breach", where do you have the breach date? You can create many different report with the condition that e.g. have the scheduled end date is or is less than e.g. 2 days.... but again, it depends on what you would like to see.

Agreed with @AndersBGS , do you have any field on change which capture this or

Do you have SLA on change

or

You need a report change deployed after plan start date?
