Hi Team,

Please any one guide how to complete the below step in ITSM professional suite?

I tried many times. But didn't able to complete this one. Can anyone suggest step by step procedure how to complete this?

Hi,

Can you please share what configurations you have done?

 

Also I believe you can skip this activity if you have understood the concept. As your simulator score is 93%, and passing score must be 80%.

Hello Sree,

 

If you have completed the task as suggested and if the validation is still facing, please raise a Hi Case and request them to mark is complete from backend.
