Module Name : ITSM Walkup experience
Problem statement : How can change the refresh interval for the walkup portal page.
The screenshot is attached below for the reference.
We have tried to find the setting however it seems its at the widget level customization/changes to be done.
Any help in this query would be appreciated

Walk-up queue status and display in ESC and Mobile refresh rate is limited to 30seconds

Queue and status will get automatically update on screen when there is someone joins queue or technician
close the interaction.
Just curious..!! can you let us know where did you find refresh rate is limited to 30seconds.
