Kb Article audience field

Whenever opening any KB article in Edit mode, I can see there is no Audience selected. In all cases the field shows "None".
Even while creating the new kb article record, we are able to provide the audience value but after the form is submitted the audience field is again set to none.

Hi there @nishantkuma 

 

i think the n issue is with the field mapping  that's resetting the Audience field. 

 

Check if the the Audience field is correctly mapped in the form and that there are no issues with the field settings.

Check for any client scripts or business rules that might be resetting the Audience field to "None" upon form submission.

finally Verify if there's a default value set for the Audience field that could be overriding the selected value.
