Hello Team,
In the Knowledge base , Group IT KB articles need to be reviewed each 6 months to check if they are up to date. When relevant team review it without any modifications, there's no element in the article which says that it has been reviewed. They want to have the visibility of the reviewed date, who did that and which articles will have soon 6 months without any reviewing.
They already uses tags but it's not a solution for them as there's nothing in the history of the KB when a tag is added or removed, so if a tag is deleted by error, it's impossible to retrieve the information.
