Keyword Search Issue - Text_Index is stuck??

Several keyword searches are not working as expected.

 

I found this article https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0745157 which describes our issue.

 

I tried restarting the text index events process but I can see 19,350 text_index under events from today. I tried cache.do as well. 

 

How can I get these stuck text index's to resume?
