knowledge article Approval

Based on knowledge based, knowledge article approval should send to particular group.

Can anyone help me with knowledge approval publish workflow with script.

I have 5 knowledge base and Based on this 5KB, I have groups.

Hi @Pradeepa Boopat ,

 

You can add any custom field on the knowledge base record to select in groups or can select any group here.

OOB the users associated in 'Managers' and 'Owner' fields of Knowledge base will get approval request.

I have the condition,

If knowledge base is IT, then IT group members should approve the knowledge article.

Like this I have 5 condition.
