Hello Community
I am trying to perform a bulk knowledge article import in ServiceNow. For this i shared the knowledge import template with the stakeholders. they provided the data in below format. Everything else looks good except attachment link.
Attachment link points to a sharepoint location here where a pdf document is stored. I need to attach this pdf to the new related article which will be created during import. Is there a way to achieve this? I dont want to manually store all the pdf's from the sharepoint locally on my desktop and then attach them manually as we have 100's of articles.
Active | Article type | Author | Attachment link | Configuration item | Category(kb_category) | Knowledge base | Language | Short description | Article body | Topic | Content Type |

TRUE | HTML | John Larry | sharepoint link with pdf | Coupa | Purchase | Purchase and Expense | English | Approvals - Add Approvers, Watchers, and Approval Escalation | Learn to escalate and delegate approval authority, and add watchers and approvers to a requisition | General | Video |
Please advise.
