Requirement

 

If an article is in a Published state, it should be editable by all ITIL users and not just members of the Ownership Group set on the Published article.

Hi @Aruna Sree Yela,

please verify with user criteria in 'can contribute' related list, if no criteria is there then you need to create new with role added 'itil', assinged in 'can contribute' related list for requested KB.
