Knowledge Article is not reflecting on Incident Related Search Results

Hi All,

I have one issue facing that the Knowledge Article is not reflecting under Incident Related Search Results on the form.

Can anyone let me know how to fix this issue?

Yeah the Knowledge Article is already published.

 

 

What are you searching for? You could open the article and mention any knowledge keywords in the related list tab and then search it using the keyword on incident short description. Try this out once

Actually this is one of the Client Requirement that based on the Incident Short description, it should reflect the Knowledge Article under Related Search on Incident Record.

We have also defined the Contextual Search --> Table Configurations for Incident but still it is not reflecting the Knowledge Article on the Incident.
