Knowledge Article is not reflecting on Incident Related Search Results

Hi All,

I have one issue facing that the Knowledge Article is not reflecting under Incident Related Search Results on the form.

Can anyone let me know how to fix this issue?

Have you checked the keyword approach I mentioned above?

Yeah that works for me. But how come it is displaying other Knowledge Article on the Incident. Its happening for a particular Knowledge Article which is not reflecting on Incident Record.
