Knowledge article publish email notification triggering twice

Hello,

When article is published Email notification is triggered twice to the to Knowledge Base Owner with subject "Reg: A new article KB00XXXXX has been published in XXXXXX- Knowledge Base". it is only happening in uat ony not in dev and test instances even No configuration is done to OOB notification.

Notification : KM Subscription: Article published. 

Could anyone help how to resolve it?

Hi,

 

I'm facing the same problem. As far as I understood the script action "Activity Fanout Manager for KM" triggers the event twice.

 

Happy about any hints...
