Add a field to the change schedule display

Our customers would like the change schedule to display the service as well as Number, CI & Duration.

I cannot find a way to achieve this.

There is no way, actually it is something core code and where we cant make changes.

WOW - surely this a basic function of a forward schedule of change to show changes against services - is there another way to do this ? I suppose a custom report would do the job

Agree on this, it must be basic. In report you can try, and share feedback. 

But report will be calendar type and i again doubt we can add more fields on calendar report or not.

 The change schedule definition columns are written in the OOB UI page - 'change_soc'. But modifying this is not a best practice.
