Hi Currently,

In Knowledge articles whenever the user clicks on Retire, the article is going to pending retirement But my requirement is I don't want the article to go to pending retirement unless the Ownership members approve.

Hi @Abishek1998

Option 1: Either create this Workflow as I can see in Zurich PDI it is not available

OR

OPtion 2: Create a BR with notification to Ownership group Approver:

Refer: Knowledge OOB Approval Retire workflow

Hi @Abishek1998
1. Open knowlegde article's Knowledge base's record.
2. You will have one of the fields populated (Retire Workflow OR Retire Flow)
3. Check the name of the flow and find it is workflow or flow designer flow
4. Copy it and make changes you want.
5. Reference that new copied flow in knowledge base record.

Make sure to check what other retire workflow there is and if just changing the workflow in retire workflow will fulfil your requirement.

Let me know if you need additional information.
