The View Count on the Knowledge Article is getting reset to zero after we republish(when the knowledge manager/approver) approves it. Is there a way to stop it from resetting and show the static count.
If it is getting reset, then perhaps creating a custom field to keep track of lifetime views would be appropriate. That field could be updated each time the article is checked out with the current views.
