Hi!
Thank you for helping me look into this.
Issue: I made a playbook and configured it to appear in my custom Workspace using UIB, but the knowledge article activities I configured aren't opening when I click on the "View Article" UI action.
Take a look at the screenshot below:
I've tried every configuration possible on Process Automation Designer, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know where else I should go from here? Again, thanks for the hand!

Hello JamieNow,
I was able to utilize the IFrame Activity by duplicating it and calling it Custom Iframe and display a knowledge article in it. It seems to be a quick workaround that will at least show the knowledge article and I added the Mark Complete action on the activity. It would be much better to have an OOB activity that doesn't display all the functionality visible on a KB Article, but just the information in the Knowledge Article, but at least I was able to continue with the playbook.

Hello Jamie,
1. Do you have the issue only with this playbook or any playbook in your app?
2. Can you take screenshots of the "Automation" and "UI Layout" tabs of the playbook record in PAD, where you configured the knowledge article? Then we have a bit more info to go on.
If my post helped you, please click the accept solution button and hit the thumbs up! Thank you!

Thank you very much for your response, @JaeggerLegane!
Here's what you asked for:
Automation Properties:
UI Layout Properties:
As for whether this is happening for other playbooks, I don't have another configured. However, there's a "Playbook Workspace Demo" which has a playbook with a KA configured to it. It's not working properly either, but it at least shows more than what I have on mine.
Take a look:
EDIT:
I realized the Playbook Workspace Demo has a PAD record to match it, so I compared it. It looks like it's not working because the KA record doesn't exist on my instance or maybe the domain I'm on, but the one I created does. So, I'm still stumped as to why the one I configured isn't working. Could this be something I need to modify in UIB?
Here's a screenshot of the PAD record for the demo KA:

Bump: No one has a clue? Does it have to be configured through event handlers and data resources?
