Knowledge Articles taking a few days to appear on Related Search

Hello Everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with the Related Search and knowledge articles. When I create an article from an incident, publish it, and attempt to find it through the Related Search, it doesn't appear immediately. Instead, it takes about 4 days to show up.
Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Hi @Vinicius2 ,
1. Ensure the system is indexing correctly and that there are no delays or errors in the indexing process.
2. Try searching with different keywords or variations of the short description to see if results appear.
3. Check if Related Search Results work as expected for other types of records.
Those results are part of the contextual search.
As a possibility, the contextual search is filtering the records that you see.
So you can go to Contextual Search > Search Contexts and locate the record "case knowledge base search".
Open it and go to the related list "Resource configuration". Open the "knowledge" record and check if the condition in the related list "Search Resource Context Properties"
