I need to search knowledge articles from short description field configured on incident form

in the knowledge search how can we configure the results from knowledge articles?

can we restrict users of child domains access the articles of parent domains also?

like aaaa is parent domain and bbbb ,cccc,dddd are child ones can i restrict dddd domail to search articles related to aaaa,bbbb,cccc,he should be only able to see his articles?
