Knowledge Base Categories return no results despite having multiple published KA's inside them

Hi there,

 

despite having multiple Knowledge Articles published under different categories, we are now getting no results when clicking on any of them since the Yokohama upgrade.

I have Admin access in this environment, so it's not due to lacking access

 

Could it be an ACL? Anyone else facing a similar issue? Any guidance would be appreciated

@kevinbruneau and I believe it is associated with the knowledge base and the portal as well?
what about the user criteria?

Also, it's the same behavior for all users.
