Hi
I have added the one new knowledge base to the portal on "knowledge base" related list but when we open the portal the knowledge is not showing.
Do I need configure any other thing to show that knowledge on the portal?

Do you have any knowledge in there?
If so: what are the user criteria on the knowledge base and/or the articles. If there is nothing to show, you will also not see the knowledge base.

Hi @v-paulp,
Have you confirmed the Knowledge Base has at least one active, published article, and just in case you've performwed a cache.do after adding the Knowledge Base.
