Dear Team
The ACL of the knowledge table allows the itil role to create.
I want to set groups (user criteria) for CanRead and CanContributable knowledge bases and only show knowledge bases and knowledge articles to users who meet the criteria.
The knowledge base access diagnostic was also successful and found that the knowledge base was not visible to users who did not meet the criteria.
When impersonating a non-matching user, the knowledge base was not displayed.
However, I found that the knowledge of that knowledge base is also visible in the list view of the knowledge table.
The support team told me that it was caused by the knowledge table's ACL overwriting the knowledge base's user criteria.
How can I hide knowledge that does not match the user criteria of the knowledge base even in the list view of the knowledge table?
Requesting help.
Will mark a suitable response as helpful & Accepted as Solution!
Thanks in advance.
