I am working on creating a Knowledge Base workflow for our Technology department. My task is to create a manager approval before the KB Owner unless that manager's title is VP or SVP. The manager approval is being triggered as intended, however it is not skipping manager approval if their title is VP or SVP based on my attached condition. Based on my example listed, I tried adding another "or" where a comma was added for SVP and VP, but this still generates those approvals.
For this user because their title contains VP it should be going straight to the Knowledge Base owner. Is there a condition setting I am missing here?
